Hi Guys! We're a new development team releasing our first iPhone game! We've submitted Friday the 19th, and we hope it'll be out on the app store soon! We'll keep this thread updated on any news and other goodies as we approach release ! Trailer:
After seeing both videos, the one above and oxreality's im really impressed. Hope theres a lot to offer. What will the price be? Also, is the game a survival sort of game where you start from the beginning (a really low amount of enemies) then progress until you reach a highscore or are there levels? Thanks in advance, looking forward to the game and great to see more indie devs making their way to the iphone with quality games!
When I first saw this I thought it was awesome, until I realized the title is "tilt to live". I'll relook at the thread, but I'm hoping there are other control schemes, because I absolutely hate using the accelerometer only. yeah: ease and accessibility of tilt-only game play so, I'll pass until you have another control scheme.
Hi! Glad you liked it! We've been getting a lot of positive feedback from those that have previewed the game hands-on so far, and we have plans to offer plenty more post-release. As for the game: There are no discrete levels in Tilt to Live. It's purely about amassing the biggest combo while surviving the longest you can. The awards system we've implemented using AGON, has more concrete and fun side-objectives for players to complete besides just getting a high score. As shrugs mentioned, we are planning to release it at $1.99 in the first quarter of 2010. Happy Holidays!

This is awesome... The clean art style, the music (is the video music the background music?), the gameplay at all... Oh... I read the storyline at your homepage... I lol'd xD
It looks like the screen is fixed and doesnt follow your character... So D-Pads are impossible (your thumbs would be blocking your view very often...). Line-Drawing would be totally ineffective, too (The enemies keep moving, so you would have to rethink and redraw your path every second) EDIT: In the video you slipped through a circle of red dots and it looked a bit like you were about to die (1:11, I think you actually touched them a bit ). Which part of the arrow is vulnerable? Only the white dot behind it? How do you lose a match? By being touched once? Three times? If more than once, can levels be regained through a powerup?
