So the 6th Generation iPhone is almost upon us. Just curious if you guys are planning to get the iPhone 6 this year for your phone and handheld gaming needs? If it doesn't have a bigger screen, will you still get it or move onto something else like Window Mobile?

To me it all depends on if apple will have a bigger screen in the 6th gen iPhone. if it doesn't I could end up getting a Windows Mobile device. Android is too laggy, slow, and unintuitive for me. But that means I would have to buy all new games for it. But I still have my iPad 3 so it's all good :)

    iPhone 1 - iPhone
    iPhone 2 - iPhone 3G
    iPhone 3 - iPhone 3GS
    iPhone 4 - iPhone 4
    iPhone 5 - iPhone 4S
    iPhone 6 - iPhone ?

Why would Apple name it iPhone 5?

When has Apple ever done that?
They've always gone by the generation of their devices.
Are you still waiting for Apple to release the iPad 3?

The iPhone 5th Gen phone was released in October 14, 2011. I never bought it cuz it was still the same screen size.

    iphone 4S =/= iphone 5

    new ipad =/= ipad 3

just like the 3GS was a small upgrade from the 3G.

I'll get the iPhone 6 whenever it comes out...hopefully this October when my contract ends. I'm not switching phones...gotten too used to using the Apple TV to easily stream content over to my TV, so would like to stay with the iPhone to have that capability, plus all the apps I've purchased...it would be insane not to use them again.

My wishes for the iPhone 6:
    -Wider and longer screen
    -Quad core processor
    -Stronger casing
-Screen with less of a glare
-A sensor to show where your finger is hovering over the screen and would display where it is with a light shadow, which would be nice if you're mirroring with Apple TV...yeah kind of a long shot

Agreed. But then they could just go with 'the new iphone' Or some other pretentious caca.

I'm due an upgrade on my iphone 4 but considering the S3 if any. One thing i know for sure is that i'll have to pay at least £10 a month extra if i go for another iphone over the S3.

I might pass if it has the new dock interface...all the accessories I have will be useless unless they make an adapter :(
