Yeah... guys who made minigore vs 1 single developer of Agimat is no contest. Congrats to the Baron. Though we do offer 10 playable characters each with different feel. We have 30 levels and theirs is 40+. A custom level editor is available on the desktop version at the moment and working on an iOS soon. Our deepest thanks to those who supported us and we hope you enjoy both games.
Agreed. There's enough differences between the two to make them really not easy to compare (short of both being bike games...)
I agree with your previous post. You can't compare a game made by an indie developer compared to a company that brough Minigore to the iOS.
We support our fellow developers. We know how much blood, sweat and tears it takes to make a game. Either one you support (or both) is a win for iOS users.
Yes. For one, Flip Riders isn't aiming to be a Trials game. If anything, our game was inspired to make a cross between Super Meat Boy and Excitebike. Both games that we love so much.
I like both Bike Baron has more polish obviously, but Flip Riders has good parts too. Difficulty curve is steeper in FR btw.
Bike baron is Trials in iOS form. Flip Riders is similar in style, but has a different physics engine and such. I do find FR much more difficult and as such, less "fun", but I bought both
Thanks for the support! Apparently most of our beta testers were a little bit too 'hardcore' ... they actually asked for the game to be more challenging. But be rest assured we're working hard on the kinks and doing our best for you to have a fun experience... and all new stuff coming your way real soon
Got to give a thumbs up to your attitude. Best of luck. Flip Riders will be bought by me after I am done with 3-starring BB (if my head doesn't explode in the process)
Um, yes. FR has no checkpoint system and the physics are much more complex. Maybe it's from my 2 years of playing Trials, but I find, at least initially, that BB is much easier.
I'm happy to report that this issue has been quickly addressed and fixed on the update we're submitting by this weekend. Along with new cool stuff
