The best thing to do is start a thread for the game in the Upcoming Games forum. Add as much detail as you can -- folks around here love gameplay videos. Make your release and pricing plans as clear as possible. And hang around and engage with posters as much as possible. You can PM folks who are particularly interested in your game -- just don't spam people.
