Sorry last time it didn't let me make the poll and the topic was closed. These options are based off the TA main page article. I also added Doodle Army 2. A couple of the games were technically released on March 30 but they weren't last month's poll so they are here now.
Lots of great games up there, but I vote Order & Chaos. It has kept me coming back constantly for a while now, which, unfortunately, doesn't happen often.
Order & Chaos. Can't say there's competition. I've put 30 minutes into each of these besides Atari, which I'm just not interested in at all.
I just realized that S&S, the iPod version, was also a game from April..that really should have made the poll..same with World of Goo..yeah, their iPad versions have been out for a while, but the majority of gamers hadn't played it until recently. Those two would have changed the poll significantly in my opinion. Out of the current choices, nothing stands a chance against O&C. Zenonia 3 deserves a mention too, but I guess you did copy the frontpage..which really wasn't a smart idea. Even Fast Five probably deserved a slot as well. The TA article reflected what the staff thought. This poll should reflect the public opinion on April's releases instead..the usual nominate and vote would have been the route to go. Considering half of the poll choices currently have fewer than 5%, yeah..And, Death Rally didn't even come out in April..and where's Air Penguin? It held the number one spot for more than a week and is still in the top 10..and iStunt 2 that's gotten tons of hype and has been charting top 15 for a month now? I think that's about it, but come on now..look at this poll.
Got to agree with backtothis guys. I personally think world of goo should have taken the cake, but I do not have S&S so my opinion on that matter means little. But I personally think both of those stood a great chance since games like O&C appeal to a smaller audience. I believe goo and sword charted better on the U.S. appstore at their release also.
i don't quite see the appeal of sword and sworcery played it on my friends ipad, and it really didnt' interest me at all am i missing something, or was it just tapping random things to move the story along? world of goo was pretty good on the computer, heard it was even better on the ipad, but i still think O&C wins hands down, but they definitely deserve to be on the list, more than some other games
Yeah I actually meant to include SB:SS and World of Goo but forgot when I did the poll. Guess I've been playing too much O&C
