Yes, X Invasion 2 differs from X Invasion. X Invasion 2 is designed to be a true arcade game that will test your flying and fighting skill. You will start out as a rookie and work your way up, fighting increasingly more difficult aliens. There are multiple ways to die now and other challenges to make the play more engaging. X Invasion was designed to be purely a shoot-em-up time killer. You're right you can't die but it is definitely great stress relief! Viderea Support
The first version of X Invasion 2 won't have multiplayer support. We are hoping to release it (depending on App Store approval of course) before Christmas. But, multiplayer is definitely high on the list for feature upgrades!
