yeah, im one gold medal away from the fifth, so i can try to get that, or just show you the first 4 if you want. (and antorun on the amalgam leaderboards uses the fifth ship, david leroy on megagore uses the sixth one) im thinking the fifth ship will have to wait til a new infinity mode gets released- i cant for the life of me get a gold on any other game mode other than highway, symbiosis or amalgam! @Jyaif the highscores in chromatic conflict are a disgrace imo. they exploit a glitch in the game to grind shield ups, then after about 45 minutes, they play for real. i dont think they should count towards the leaderboards.
problem on 4.3.1 ipodtouch4g the sound fx periodically stop working. oh and gamecenter support please
Ok guys, there is an update to PewPew 2, and it's pretty big. The new stuff: -Improved graphics for iPhone 3GS/iPod touch 3G and up. -Game center achievements and leader boards -Easy/Normal/Hard difficulty levels in the campaign -The un-lockable ships are not the same anymore, they (slightly) help you get better score. -Lot's of other little things. Don't hesitate to ask me anything
Is it by any chance easier to unlock the other ships? I'm pretty much given up after the second one because it's so hard to get high enough scores. I really want to use those ships, but it seems out of reach.
It is much much easier. I think I lowered all the requirements significantly to get new medals significantly. To the hard core PewPewers: Don't worry, you'll still have some challenge trying to finish the campaign in "Hard"

Same here. Love the game, but never gave it the time it deserved due to the lack of Game Center (or OF)
people really need to notice this gem of a game. btw. ive got a bug. when shooting enemies, i loose the sound fx of them being shot.
everything, infinity mode+campaign. oh and the "shooting sound" is all good. but its the "soundfx" that stops working from time to time.

Looking for an unbaised answer: is this better than geometry wars? Does it have more mode and less blur?
I actually prefer Pew Pew 2 over Geometry Wars. Both good games though. Pew^2 Modes feel more distinct Steeper difficulty Cleaner style Geometry Wars More enemy variety, with different AI's More polish Flashier effects
