what type of game is this? i have no idea after i watched the vid is this something like Pigs vs Wolves
Okay, I figured it out. The game is called Fox vs Duck, it involves a duck and a fox, it's going to be published by DrFungFung, and it will be available for iPhone/iPod Touch. It's just so obvious. lol
A very...interesting advertisment. Not very descriptive though. Please do explain what exactly the game is about and why a fox is contending with a duck?
I beta-tested it, so I'll tell you the premise. You have a pond. You with me so far? Ok. So a duck plops right in the middle of said pond. There's a fox on the edge of it, and a fish swimming randomly in it. Your job is to tilt your iPod, and thus, the duck, towards the edge of the pond onto dry land, without running into the fox or fish. The environment is dynamic, too. Lily pads (which slow you down) and rocks (which simply don't move) appear and disappear randomly. Once the duck reaches land, you're good, it runs for safety, a couple seconds are added to the counter, and you get a new duck. The thing with game descriptions, though, is that they always make the game seem boring and dry. It's actually a really fun pick up and play game in the same vein as Doodle Jump or Falldown!, and the art is gorgeous. Simplistic, but it works great.
Woohoo! The description doesn't make it sound all that gripping, but Minisquadron is in my top 3 ipod games period. That means I have some faith in this one and look forward to it's arrival.
