      There are? GTA is free roam. You don't have to do the missions.

      Driver
      Car jack Streets
      Skater Nation
      ATV Offroad
      Assassin's Creed 2 (sort of)

      Those are just some...

      There are plenty of free roAms, the best being GTA

      You can: Save people in paramedic missions, kill criminals in vigilante missions, drive people in taxi missions, put out fires in fire fighting missions, compete in races, do time trials, deliver noodles, race go karts, give people tattoos, deal drugs, complete Gun Club missions, find and get gold medals on Rampages, try to get 100%, or do what ever you want (kill people, steal cars/boats, drive anywhere, etc.)
