I forgot about this game the modern day Dick Tracy (well if the dick Tracy game was in apocalyptic set universe )from NES days. The video is cool but I only watch about a minute because you know everyone (well a lot of ppl) skipped to the end to see if there was a release window at the end well something a little specific then q1 to beginning q2 2017 ^_^
it's developed for PC,iOS and Android at same time. Altho release will probably be in steps with an early-access on PC (at least that's what I'm leaning toward for now)
I know it's only been a month and a half but any updates ? I need a new game with combat/ exploration / this is exactly what I'm looking for
good news: it's still in development, I'm working on it at full speed on a daily basis. bad news: it's still not done! here's a GIF to make you feel better (don't go out at night!)
I think it just got an early access release a few days ago on Steam/MacOS... In the description it says it's (about?) 95% done... I think. Sorry... My memory's shot. Yeah, 95% (just checked) http://www.orangepixel.net/ashworld says full release in September.
what syntheticvoid said game was released into early-access 2 days ago for PC (grab it here: http://www.orangepixel.net/ashworld) I'm aiming for a full-release version in September on PC, and then the iOS+Android version should drop a few weeks after that. here's the trailer for you, just to keep you interested ! If you have a computer, I really, REALLY recommend you purchase the early access. I've just bought it and oh wow, I can't wait for the iOS version to play on the go. I've played only 15 minutes, but I've enjoyed every single second of gameplay as if it was the first one. Really incredible little gem we have here. And it runs flawlessly and smooth at 1280x800 in my HP 2 in 1 tablet-PC hybrid (or whatever they are called) with an Intel Atom Z8350 (max resolution is precisely 1280x800), so PC requirements are not high at all.
That's great to hear that the game is promising. I might buy to help devs, however, after DR2C, I swear I wouldn't play any game first on pc. Much more fun to experience it on my iOS device.
