this game evalution is same as GTA, but with bad graphics. I don't know what to say really - bad or good. New cars, boats, helicopters but why they don't give to Gangster same......... livelier, realistic streets. Like CTW , people always walks on street, but here ? Empty street.

 

AH man I wish it would have been in las Vegas but this is alright

is it just me or does this look kinda low on the graphics side?

 

Well you are comparing PS2 and PS3/360 titles to an iPhone/iPad game. Also, you are comparing a 2.5d vs. a 3d game.

iPhone and Gameloft games are much more fun if you aren't expecting home console quality experiences.

 

In addition to the poor graphics, a lot of the map is just a reskin of the original Gangstar, most notably :21. This video definitely didn't sell me the game at all, it seems worse than the first, aside from the new vehicles.

 

Take a look at second 31...Bugs in the background graphics. And take a look on the streets - EMPTY- .The world seems to be much bigger, so the worse graphics are no problem for me.

Edit : For me this looks like an Alpha Version... If this is already in Beta State, I am really dissappointed. The background bug is everywhere !

 

It does indeed look a little ugly, but if they create enough of a storyline i'l probably still get it. I always found the driving twitchy as hell on the first though, so I hope that gets fixed considering verticality is added too with flight.

 

The building and street textures oh my god The first gangstar for iPhone looks much better imho

 

Seems like more fun is to had than the first one but like everyone else is saying"empty streets & bad graphics" are a big letdown for me.

 

No, you aren't the only one, this doesn't look good at all.

 

Horrible draw distance and where are all the people. I'm guessing they have never been to Miami.

If this is coming soon they will have much to do. OMG This really looks like Alpha State !

Gameloft, what are you doing ?

I am still looking forward to it, because everything except the graphical side(and empty streets) looks really good....

 

Actually, GTA:CW is not on PS2, PS3 or Xbox 360. Also, GTA isn't 2.5D, it's full 3D but the camera angle is just higher.

 

Some people really don't know the difference between 2d and 3d. I am happy you know it

 

This looks insane. Still, I'm bored of Gameloft for the time being.

 

Does everyone really think that gameloft will release this game with worse graphics than the first one? Of course not. It would be unusual for the streets to be completely empty in the final version as well
