I certainly think it's worth the buck if you don't mind fiddly controls (my issue is that the detection areas aren't big enough for the most part, I've never had an incorrect button register) but it seems experience may vary some by device used. For those having trouble with the d-pad, you can touch to move anywhere on the actual game screen. In the config menu there is an option to set movement to touch only but you will still have the controls on screen. Regardless of which control type you use, I highly recommend playing in portrait mode, just seems to work better that way. The framerate can be an issue at times but hasn't affected my ability to play and enjoy the game.
