i could not find any threads about it, however, this is all i seem to find about it in toucharcade http://toucharcade.com/games/pixlgun-3d-block-world-pocket-shooter-minecraft-style-edition and it seems like nobody even made a comment about it. I dont know but it seems suspisous to me, you should maybe try looking for some youtube videos, or wait for someone else here to reply in order to check if it is indeed legit. in said case it just probably sucks
It's currently nr.12 top paid app in the US AppStore. So yes, everyone knows about it. Yes, it's a legit game, but thankfully the toucharcaders don't fall for this kind of games.
It is what you see it is. You have at least 20 games that are exactly like this one on the AppStore. In my opinion, they all suck and are just money-grabbing games made for Minecraft suckers. If you're one, then go ahead and buy it.
