Currently on the app store market, The emulators are presented in 2 formats. There is the Commodore 64/ iDOS/ Turbographx16 route, which is to have all the games available for in-app purchase and everything handled in one slick app. Or; these is the Sega/ namco route, which is to have all their classic games available as one individual app apiece. What do you guys think of this? Do you think there are better ways to port games? If another company like, Nintendo (gasp) ever ported their games to the iphone, how do you want the games to be ported?

It's the developers choice, and Nintendo would never port their games to the app store. Personally it doesn't make any difference as long as the emulator is optimized for each game.
