We recently released Instamory, a family game for Instagram.

On the first day when we search for "Instagram" we got our App listed in the iTunes search result set. But on the day after, it suddenly got removed.

Could this be because iTunes filters out the Apps that have been bought?

    Did someone have similar issues?

It could be the reindex the search after capture the CTR statistic.
E.g. normally ppl prefer to click on Instagram than Instamory when they search for 'Instagram' keyword. that's why 'Instamory' drop from the search

this sounds like a possibility, however this happend almost instantly after the release. Not even having a chance to build up real statistics.

The reason is definitely: trade marked keywords are filtered out for 3rd party apps.
