Well thanks I picked it up while it was on sale. Haven't even played. Well sometimes you win and sometimes you lose.
When I tried from flaky wifi earlier it just kept loading without results, will try again later... not sure if there's some universal delay right now. Not sure if the IGN promos are US only or not.
Im pretty sure it's not available everywhere, but not limited to the US either. I have gotten IGN promos from my PH account consistently.

Not working on UK accounts for the first time with IGN FGOTMs. Hope it's just a little delay, and not some sort of problem with a UK licensing deal.
