    Hi everyone,

I'm the developer of the original They Need To Be Fed and Karoshi.
Both games were reviewed on Touch Arcade before and received 4/5. (click links if you're interested).

    What is TNTBF?

They Need To Be Fed is a platformer game with a 360 degree gravity gimmick. If you watch the trailer you'll see what that's like!

In this game you can walk around objects in any direction, jump, run, avoid many obstacles and find your way to collect diamonds. The goal of each level is to get eaten by a monster (a plant in the sequel).. Hence the name.

    Features

    • 100 levels of crazy platforming
    • 7 unique worlds
    • Many diamonds to collect
    • Game Center Achievements
    • Epic soundtrack

    Platforms

They Need To Be Fed 2 is coming to iPhone, iPad and Android.

    Release

The game is coming out in a few days!

The original They Need To Be Fed has been received well and garnered many fans. If anyone has played it I would love to hear their thoughts!

Oh wow, now this is a surprise! :) I spent many, many hours pulling out my beard hairs trying to perfect all the levels (pre-update) in the original TNTBF until I was finally able to do so. Can't wait for this! May I ask how few is a "few days" 2Dcube? ;)

Yeah does a few days mean this week?
Also, price? 0.99 like the original?

Just played the freeware original. Wow, that was fun. I can't wait to see what new obstacles you thought of. I hope the levels are more difficult throughout: i.e. more levels with a combined missiles and "black holes" and moving platforms, etc.

Wow!!! If you don't mind I might use that quote for promotion :D

I set the release date for April 17th (Wednesday).

    Price is 1.99

Levels are definitely bigger and more "alive" with enemies and plants you can grow. There is a new mode called Epic Mode that lets you play levels in a different way and is very difficult, so I think there is a good difficulty curve throughout.

Really happy to see these positive comments, thanks

My hopes were dashed when I saw this thread in the android sub-forum (which for some reason shows up above this one).

Seriously looking forward to this one, the first game is still one of my all-time favorites.

The first one is also one of my favorites, those special levels you got when collecting all the diamonds are the best, and the trailer is awesome. Really looking forward for wednesday

I remember playing this on pc back when I started game development with Game Maker 2.0!

I still play the first game even to this day and can't wait for the sequel!
