Hello All! I am a new member on Toucharcade, but I have been here for a few months without an account, and I recently witnessed a Doodle Jump Tournament hosted by EMTKiNG. I am happy to announce that I am hosting the second Doodle Jump Tourney here on Toucharcade! This will be a two-sided bracket, and there will be a winner from each side facing off in the final. Unfortunately, this will be a "just for fun" tournament, so there will be no prize (unless someone in the forum wants to give out prizes, but it isn't neccessary). All you have to do to sign up is write your Gamecenter ID in the comments, and which side of the bracket you would prefer (RED or BLUE). Signups will close this Saturday at 11:59 PM, so be sure to sign up soon! And the bracket will be posted the following morning. HAVE FUN EVERYONE! RULES: 1. All round are best 2 out of 3, except the the final four games and the final which are best 4 out of 7 2. Players must add each other on GameCenter and decide the times amongst themselves 3. Must post a screenshot proving your win 4. Disconnections will result in disqualification if intentional 5. Be courteous to each other here on Toucharcade 6. No spamming requests to mess up people 7. No complaining about losing P.S. iStephen will be co-host for when I'm not here, so he will enforce the rules and keep track of the first round.
I have a feeling this tourney won't be as big but i'll still be happy to join, Gamecenter name is jxw245 and i'd like to be on the red side.
I'm just about pooped with DJ, so i'll pass. If you want me to help mandate everything though i'll be glad to.
I will select people randomly on the bracket, not in order of who responds first. And coconutbowling, any help would be greatly appreciated. Can you answer questions people ask based on the rules? Thank you for wanting to help!
WOW 9 entries in one night? It's getting a lot of interest already! Anyways, we still need at least 11 more people to make a two-sided bracket, but the more the better so tell people to sign up!
