      I am trying to decide between SimCity Deluxe (on sale for 99 cents) and Virtual City HD (on sale for $4.99.) I have never played any type of sim before so I am looking for opinions from people who have played these games as to which is more enjoyable.

      Are they similar games, or does one require a lot more time and energy than the other? Is one a lot more complex than the other in terms of difficulty and learning curve? And which is more fun? :p

      Definitely go with Virtual City HD. I have the iPhone version and just picked up the HD one this morning. It is much more accessable for new players to the genre and is more suited to the iDevice as opposed to SimCity. I tried the SimCity games and they are very complex and confusing for new players.Plus Virtual City HD is a ton of fun and has 5 large sandbox levels :)
