Someone has set up inapp purchases for something and need to upload the game binary next to my itunesconnect but as I am not business I cannot invite them as developer absinthe asked me for my developer login so they can so certificates and provisioning profile so should I give them developer login info given that I have a free version of game already but I am publishing a separate paid version
They could give you the xcode project and then you could setup it up but it can be tricky if you haven't done it before. Personally I wouldn't give that login out. Seems like a huge security risk.
Stuck Am I stuck with this? I cannot invite someone to generate certificates etc to upload binary to Itunes for me without giving personal login pass details?
Why not just generate a provisioning profile and a certificate and then send those files to them by email and they can just upload that binary with their own xcode ?
Don't know how to do it and there is another problem of setting up inapp purchases as no idea how to do those either
Go to iOS Developer Portal under Provisioning profiles --> enter app name --> press generate --> download under Certificates --> enter app name --> press generate --> download SEND both in an email to your customer. For IAPs go to iTunes Connect and select the app Under the large In App Purchase tab on the right select either Consumable --> ingame purchase you can buy many times (e.g. coins) Non-consumable --> ingame purchase you can buy only once (remove ads) Choose one of the above, enter a name for it and a description, hit SAVE. DONE
Under test users add one in the sandbox. Ask the man with the application to buy something in the app and enter that name and password. The transaction of the IAP will be completed.
