Time to finally contribute to Toucharcade, huzzah! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sCXD-p2GQuM&lc=UHQ4Mjk_ajBtDIiaZUTd1-oUPint2C4zwbxg44fvQjI&feature=inbox Rather extensive gameplay of the beta can be found here, captured by MrMJY8, someone who jumps on and uploads footage of games very quickly after they're released. Or in this case, before; he's part of the beta for this game. No word yet on when it's coming out, nor can I find any information. Hope this helps you guys, the game looks pretty awesome- better than Thief Edition, at least.
I think they should just make one MapleStory game with multiple classes. Maybe even what MS is known for. Online.
Look at 0:10 in the video........... Anyway, still waiting for a whole maplestory game with all classess -_-''
Loved the thief edition. Actually beat that one using both the sin and the dit. Will be picking this one up for sure. Funny enough, I enjoyed the single player experience more than what I could get out of the MMORPG.
Just to clarify: This game has ALL the classes, albeit in Cygnus form. Which, imo, is actually preferable since fewer of us have actually played through these new classes. What's the problem? It's not just one class, it's still four in one game. Multiplayer has been hinted at, though I'm not sure if it's online or not.
Roflmao thanks. I've been so desensitized to quick information that I skipped a lot of the video for the highlights
This seems great! I can't wait!! Although I was quite annoyed with the thief edition...there seemed to be some bug when I reached level 60 that prevented me from continuing on in the game... >.<
From the looks of the video, I'd say that there're only the cygnus mage and warrior, unless they just didn't bother to show the other 2/3 cygnus classes.
Wow, this looks very cool - and a vast improvement over the Theif Edition. I just hope the controls are a lot tighter! Oh, and multiplayer too! But damn, I'm lookin' forward to this. RPG platform scrollers are definitely my thing..
hope they dont have those stupidly fustrating platformers like in the thief edition anyone remember the snowy platforming one?
They're even more frustrating than jump quests in the actual online MS due to the poor touch recognition and like millisecond lag between the actual tap and the action in the game.
None of the jump quests were were required on MapleThief, and they didn't give you any kind of reward that was worth the time completing them.
