I have real racing, splinter cell, and FIFA 10. Which I think are great graphical games. But, I want to know what is the best graphical game on the iPhone/iPod touch game to date?
Out of what I own (personal observations): PoP: Warrior Within Bruce Lee: Dragon Warrior Need for Speed: Underground (yes, still) N.O.V.A. B.I.A. 2 Madden 2010 PES 2010
Trophylite Rally from 2XL looks pretty amazing, shame the actual gameplay isn't all that good. Bruce Lee Dragon Warrior has amazing graphics/animations too. Doom Resurrection is still a damn pretty game (in a gruesome kinda way).

People seem to have forgotten the really "old" iPhone games, that came out a year or so ago. Compared to these, Real Racing, Skies of Glory and Bruce Lee are completely primitive. 1. Zen Bound, A relaxing 3d game with great reviews and, well, graphics. 2. Samurai: Way of the Warrior. A violent slasher game blended with Japanese brush art, the visual style is creative, the environment is super-clear and colorful, and the splatters of blood on the floor is sharp and maniacally satisfying. 3. Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. It's almost a gigabyte of pure free-roaming goodness. It's pretty much having a huge, destructible city in your hands. 4. Jet Car Stunts: Possibly the most underrated, and best, racer on the iPhone, its graphics are simple but actually really good. Basically, you drive around as fast as possibly in your little fancy rocket car thingy across these beautifully shaded platforms of colorful shapes. Finally, I hate to say it, but games by Gameloft are usually very good in graphics. The stories and obvious ripoffs in them are terrible but the graphics are good. There you go.

I think that's because the OP gave 3D games as examples. Obviously there are plenty of gorgeous 2D games (Twin Blades, Pro Zombie Soccer, Rotten City, Hector, to name four). Personally, I always found Ravensword to be a particularly impressive visual accomplishment; Samurai: Way of the Warrior and Iron Fist Boxing are definitely up there as well. More recently, Space Miner, Crash Bandicoot II, Touch Racing Nitro, COD Zombies, Zombie Infection, Grokion. Chaos Rings has already been mentioned as well. Somebody asked about Vampire Origin. I originally found the game profoundly disappointing; on further play, it strikes me as a so-so game with very nice graphics. The boss fights, though, are awful.
I'd second what been said about 2XL being very good in the graphics department. However am I alone as I feel that the actual gameplay isnt very good. I have much better racing games on my device, but 2XL has a nice level of wax/shine ?
Well, I have nothing else to compare it to! I thought they were nicely done considering the number of players and action on-screen during a play.
