All the puzzles, characters, and features from the pitiful non-HD version are here, but in a definition so high, your eyes will explode in a shower of ocular fluid. Whoops! I didn't mention, but the HD version has GameCenter. The next iPhone update will include it as well.
The artworks and design are very good. Interested to know more about the game, like how the puzzles work?

Great game! And, everything is better on the iPad, so I expect this to be awesome! I got the iPhone version, but didn't get a chance to play through very much of it, so I'm really looking forward to playing this game on the big screen. Definite day one purchase. And, thanks for releasing it the right way...with an intro price instead of screwing the early adopters by putting it on sale after 2 days.
One of my favorite iPhone games - everything about it reeks of eerie goodness! I will definitely pick this up on the first day. I can't wait to see this on the big screen, and blow the monsters back to the black pit of Hell they came from... By the way, is there a new victory celebration made especially for the iPad HD version ? I get a big kick out of those ! Good luck with the game, and please let us know as soon as this gem is available !
Why couldn't the original game become a universal app? Don't take me wrong, I bought the iphone version for my ipad and love it; but now I feel like I shouldn't have done it...
Aside from the new iPad UI and GameCenter, you're now able to play both campaigns without having to start over or switch profiles. There are no major changes though. This version is primarily to improve the visuals on iPad. I think you could say this about any game that puts out a separate HD version. Helsing's Fire on iPhone has always been very cheap, so I hope it's not too much to ask for another few dollars to get the higher resolution and iPad-centric UI. Thank you Squeaker!
