EA updated with content. That's pretty awesome. A survival mode? Beast.

The survival mode even allows you to earn credits that you can use in the main game. So if you're stuck in the main game because you're out of credits you have a way to earn some more.

    EA is really stepping up

    No kidding?

Yeah, EA has definitely been working harder on updating their apps with new content since 2011 started. Good news. Can't wait for their next big title, whatever that is. It's been a while since Fight Night.

I wanted something like Survival mode in Dead Space 2... but with a friend.

    Awesome.

At first, the update for the iPad said it was enhanced graphics for iPad 2.. it just changed. That was weird.

Just got the the Pulse Rifle just now. It costs 200,000 credits. Was lucky enough my New Game +2 Hard mode had about 300,000 plus change. And guys, this weapon is the $hit! It gives you a machinegun-like fire burst and it has infinity ammo. The only small negative is that after 10 seconds of firing, it needs about 3 seconds to recharge. But for sure, all necs would have been blown to bits by then. :D

Can't wait to dip in the Nightmare difficulty!

There is a way to keep firing the Heavy Pulse Rifle without it needing to cool down. It's all in the timing ;)

    Sweet!!!!

Btw, it looks a bit funny, Vandal could barely move when the rifle is recharging. It's like Vand's having a bad few seconds of constipation. :D

I beat his game a while back and deleted it, but redownloaded it just for the udate. After playing through the first chapter, I tried out "infinite" survival mode on all four maps included. They were pretty damn scary! Deleted COD Zombies right after. Each round lasted about 3 to 4 minutes for me before I died, making it much quicker and more enjoyable than COD (only thing it hasnt got on COD is the strategy, but I can live with that). They were all SO unbelievably intense, it was almost as scary as the campaign.

Are the in-app purchases on this game there solely to make the game a little easier? Or are there things you can only get from IAP that you can't otherwise receive inside the game?
