But assuming everyone involved is telling the truth and everything seems to check out it seems as if any malicious cloning was not happening here, just some App Store business that threw up a few too many red flags."? Or do we just go by headlines these days lol? BitStern Well-Known Member Jul 28, 2014 281 0 0 http://www.bitstern.com/ #5 BitStern, Apr 29, 2015 The article was poorly researched and had a lot of false accusations. You can start an interesting discussion about the copying issue but not like this. KetchApp went from game creator to game publisher, if one is going to address the copy claim, you should first of all check the studio, who made and submitted its game to KetchApp. Furthermore KetchApp creator Antoine Morcos made a few statements even in this forum, to proof that there was no intentional copying involved from KetchApp's perspective of view. The discussion should take place with all the information available. gaymerX Well-Known Member Dec 30, 2014 280 0 16 #6 gaymerX, Apr 30, 2015 Well it seems that this game is quite addicting. I'm really liking it. I just wish there was a way for those devs to get the justice they deserve. apple not featuring every game ketchapp releases would be great. jibjelly Well-Known Member Apr 17, 2015 356 0 0 #8 jibjelly, Apr 30, 2015 Last edited: May 12, 2015 Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel Adsinjapan Well-Known Member Aug 7, 2013 181 0 0 #9 Adsinjapan, Apr 30, 2015 I tend to stick to my words in most cases, and while maybe in this instance it's just one of those "unfortunate things", I'm a staunch supporter of Threes and a cant abide blatant plagiarism that would detract from a developers original work. 2048 was a clear ripoff that drew away a lot of the accolades Threes deserved. I do my best to never buy any Sony products because of their draconian actions against certain people. It's my opinion that Ketchapp is worthy of boycott. I will do my best to never support them in any way. I even hesitate to post on this thread since it pushes the game up higher on the popularity list. bluemtndew New Member May 7, 2015 3 0 0 #11 bluemtndew, May 7, 2015 So apparently KetchApp can't even make sure a game works before they throw it up on the app store alongside their other filth! I played it for a while, and I noticed time and time again that the corridors (which are randomly generated) can spawn so that they are too narrow to pass through, making you have to START AGAIN. What a sleezy company... (You must log in or sign up to post here.) Show Ignored Content Share This Page Tweet Your name or email address: Do you already have an account? No, create an account now.
