I remember back in 2007, a cinema was showing The Bourne Ultimatum the same week it was set to release on DVD
Finally got round to watching "Pursuit of happyness" was on sale for a remarkably low price of $5. Wasn't bad at all. After a coding updates to my games, I do enjoy sitting down to a good film or TV series. Over the last couple of days I've been watching STNG. I've got one of the disks where Picard gets turned into a borg, Yesterday's Enterprise and the one where Data had to stop the experiments being done on him by proving he's a person and not Starfleet property. Still good stuff.
Saw some great movies the last couple of days: Se7en: Pretty good film, the pairing between Pitt and Freeman the standout Fargo: Another Coen brothers classic. More than 10 years before NC4OM and still just as enjoyable. Looper: Not much to say, think everyone's watched this now Get the Gringo: Gibson was great. Film was great also, despite not being to understand half of it due to lack of subtitles! Haven't watched either, doesn't look like something i'd enjoy...
Based on 1 person's opinion? Anyway, just had a look on RT, some pretty low scores there: 31, 16, 30 and 27. I think i'll pass
If you enjoy empty popcorn action flicks and have spare time then the first one and the fourth (Awakening) Underworld films are fair.
Well, I got nothing else to watch, might just watch it for the hell of it. Yeah, I saw those scores, too, I always check good ok' RT.
At least the first one gets bogged down in trying to establish a mythology and pacing suffers from a "drama" subplot. The last one has superwomen syndrome. I just got a surround sound system for Christmas so might have to revisit these because I'm sure they'd make good use of it. Let us know what you think.
Hey, I'm Danny DeVito. I was just re-watching the critically acclaimed movie, 'Twins'. Me and my old pal Arnold Schwarzenegger have some fantastic chemistry.
Lol, well I'm probably watch the first one today or tomorrow. I'll definitely share my thoughts of them here!
This isn't Willem Dafoe (he's a great guy though) posing as Danny DeVito, this is the real Danny DeVito. I can see how you would think this is an imposter as I am an incredibly famous and critically acclaimed actor.
