Update: http://SciFly2.com has been updated with a much cleaner layout. I'm here today to make the announcement that we're launching a website for SciFly 2 www.SciFly2.com Right now it just contains a graphic showing off the slick curves of the game's flagship fighter jet (pretty awesome though, aint it?). Of course, the idea behind the site is to provide a central place for SciFly 2 status updates. SciFly's twitter account will be linking to the site when we show off more stuff, so we hope you'll follow @scifly There's also one thing I wanted to stress about SciFly 2's gameplay. While nothing I've shown so far demonstrates this, it's really all about action-packed FUN in a colorful and open-ended environment. I seriously can't wait to finish it so I can show you the full game! Speaking of finishing, here's an update on that for those who are interested: Development is coming along very well. Over the last week we've been getting very close to feature complete. We're slowly moving away from adding functionality, to adding the final artistic content. We are still aiming for about 100 islands to conquer, not to mention lots of fighter jets, ground turrets, battleships and weapons. I can't give a release date yet, but I'll say we're about 15% done with the islands, 85% done with the programming, and 60% done with all the other content. Crap I am really excited about this. The original SciFly was pretty good for it's time, and judging from the screenshots I think SciFly 2 will be way better!

Yes, we're still planning on beta testing. Right now there's still a lot of known bugs, so beta testing doesn't really make sense yet Also, my definition of summer should be taken loosely
