What's the most expensive app/game you've ever purchased?
    I don't mean IAPs.

For me, it was this longman English audio dictionary I got last year - bought it for like $29.99! Had to get it cause English is my second language :D....it did come in pretty handy cause of the audio pronunciations, but when I think abt it, its hardly worth the ridiculous price.

EDIT: The most expensive game I ever got was Broken sword: Smoking Mirror ($6.99) - totally worth it imo! One of the best games I've played on the iOS :)

The most expensive app I've bought would be CoD: Zombies, with each map it was around 30$
    (does that count?)

If not, then it would be 16$ for FFT: TWoTL.

It was actually $9.99 + $4.99 x 2 + tax. Pretty lame the entire package went down to $4.99 once the 4th map came out. Guess it was a good business decision though since the game has charted incredibly well ever since until Black Ops Zombies came out.

Second is FFT here as well. Couldn't spend that $16.99 on FFIII so I waited for the sale ($11.99), lol. Third place is probably the original Chaos Rings at $12.99. I believe I spent $9.99 + $2.99 + $0.99 on Red Alert though for all the content, so that's third place unless the base game only cost $6.99 instead of $9.99.

Haven't ever bought any consumable iAPs before for a freemium game.

Mine was Aralon for 4.99, which I deeply regretted, cuz it went down to a buck like the next week.

That must suck! I thought its universal?

EDIT: just had a look at some screenshots. Wow, it looks terrible for a 16 dollar game!

TomTom USA. I have my nits about this GPS navigation app, but it has still been more than worth the asking price. I have gotten endless use out of it and it works well. My main nit is with how you can't zoom/scroll the preview map for a route, which seems pretty crazy. Some other stuff. I keep wondering if the Garmin app is better, but not sure I want to risk the money on that since otherwise TomTom works great.
