Gfx looks awesome.Controls seem to work well.The only i wanna know is whether it will have any ground missions or will this include only dogfights??? having seen any ground mission trailers so far.
LMAO at 1:45 in the video. The scenery does look pretty amazing though. Those screen shots look awesome. Just for comparison, here are some sceenshots of the PSP version of Ace Combat (iPhone graphics look much better ). PSP graphics always look so grainy, IMO (and from my years of experience with PSPs).
Haha, it was only when I found those screenshots that I realised how bad the PSP graphics can be. Back when I used my PSP (early app store days) there were like no decent games for the iPhone. When the good games started coming out, I abandoned my PSP and my iPhone became my primary portable gaming device. Since then I have always assumed that the PSP has better graphics, but I have forgotton how bad the PSP graphics can actually be.
^^ same here. I also thought ace combat for the iphone will be sub par(atleast graphically) compared to the psp version.Only when i saw your screenies i realized how much better the iphone version looks
Yup People forget how bad the PSP's graphics can be, they just think of it being more powerful just because it is designed for gaming. These screenshots will hopefully remind people that sometimes the iPhone > PSP. iPhone: PSP:
