I watched the gameplay video on the front page and I actually think it could work pretty well. I, like everyone else, was very skeptical when I read about it weeks ago but seeing it in action and having it explained in more detail makes me feel cautiously optimistic. If I'm interpreting it all correctly, I don't see any reason why you can't strafe or move and shoot at the same time. Simply tap the place you want to go and while your legs carry you there, just pan around fire, no? Pretty interested in this one now. I hope it works.
Obviously, the game looks dead gorgeous, but unless they provide something like a full game unlock IAP.. no.
Here's a new image of the actual interface of the game and if you look carefully you'll see an energy-like system. So i guess you'll need to wait a few hours before you can continue to play the game. And I thought that game's buisness model couldn't get any worse on paper...
I am just anticipating The Drowning's revolutionary new touchscreen FPS control system. Been way too long since I played an FPS...
NOTE TO DEV: want to make money off this game? I know how...REMOVE THE ENERGY AND TIMERS! Make this game come with a premium price!!! Seriously! This could make some bank! Add normal controls, these take some getting used to, but work fine when you do, I could go long with the controls if it wasn't for the energy. That gave me a break. Take this seriously devs...this is soft launch, not many will get it now, change it while you can! Please!!!
