I've been looking at the ratings for our app (Space Miner) and the total count hasn't changed in 3 or 4 days now. I know we're getting reviews because we've had nearly 40-50 written ones in the same time frame, and now we almost have as many written (226) as total (248). Is this sort of thing common or has anyone else noticed this on their applications?
Several other apps have had this problem as well. The ratings seem to have been frozen for the past few days. It's frustrating since right before the freeze, we had our update approved and lots of 5-star ratings.
I've noticed this too. My latest rev (18 days old) still has only has the 14 ratings it had after a few days. The three latest reviews have all been written in the last week, are all 5 star and haven't changed the number of ratings at all.
