favorite game when appstore first came out

Hero of Sparta was amazing still think it was one of gamelofts few games where some actual time was put into it not just cranked out as a money making clone

 

Seems like so much longer ago, huh

 

HoS was hardly one of the first games....only introduced a year after the App Store started

iPod, I did not have back then. Alien, such a time is to me. (Funny, it is - An alien, Yoda is.)

iShoot was my first game I bought. I was so addicted to it. I was amazed something like that could be played on my iPod hahahahahahahaha I was so nieve

 

I played AutoMangle, Neverputt ME and GL Golf alot.

Back then it was almost more fun just being here on TA and watching things develop.

 

Aurora Feint came out in August 08 and was the game to have then. It was free and had great graphics. It showed off the accelerometer. I think that was about a month or two after I had gotten my phone, I had that, Papi Jump and Peg Jump as my first 'purchase'. Although I've tired of AF over the years it still holds up to any match three and its original version is still free.

 

The first game I played a ton was Cube Runner.

 

MotoChaser was my favourite and I still have it installed. Even though the graphics are very old/dated, it brings back good memories.
