I've been a huge fan of endless runners for a few years now, and since it seems like the genre keeps producing great games I wanted to know what you all think are the best ones or your personal favorites?

    Mine are...

    Temple Run
    Jetpack Joyride
Robot Unicorn Attack (also Heavy Metal version)
    Canabalt
    Monster Dash
    Darkness Rush
    Hook Worlds
    Solipskier
    Ting Wings

I may be forgetting some but those are off the top of my head :)

I just today started playing Tiny Wings and its just fantastic.

I also love Canabalt's style. Jetpack Joyride is very well put-together and Temple Run adds a whole new dimension to the genre (see what I did there? :D )

I think Super Bit Dash tends to get overlooked in these threads. It's very different from most other runners, but really engaging.

I've played countless others, but these are the ones that really stand out IMO.

I always forget the ones I've removed so here's what are currently on my endless folder:

    Super Bit Dash
    Hypership Out of Control
    Fruit Ninja
    Temple Run
    Boost 2
    Ice Wings
    Infinity Gene
    Monsters Ate My Condo
    Super Crate Box
    Flick Soccer
    Dungeon Raid

Missing a lot of goods like Jetpack Joyride, but I had to remove that one for megabytes... I know some aren't exactly runners, but they're still endless.

Not sure why I haven't downloaded DRWAPS yet, but with so many of you mentioning it I guess I should :p

Also haven't heard of Super Bit Dash before, will take a look at that one too and maybe Blade Dash :D

I;m surprised Blade Dash hasn't been mentioned more because it executes gameplay flawlessly IMO. Think of it as the quintessential twitch based endless runner. The devs are also working on new enemies, modes and bosses currently.

If I'm not mistaken the devs came over to iOS from the console world.

I just looked at gameplay from Blade Dash, it definitely looks like something I could get into. It's also good to hear about the future updates :D

fine list, but many of those aren't endless runners at all. I mean I know you said that yourself, but theres actually only 2 or three in that list that ARE endless runners...

Like most of the ones mentioned but right now my favorites are DRWAPS and Zombie Parkour Runner (even though both aren't "endless"). ZPR is very underrated IMO even though I don't like the IAPs they recently introduced.

The only others still on my iPod Touch are Whale Trail, Temple Run and Jetpack Joyride (which, personally, I feel is a little overrated). Probably should put Super Quick Hook and Solipskier back on my device.
