I don't see any threads on this, so I'm just gonna post it. IGN, in its coverage of E3, has posted this video of a Sonic Unleashed trailer for the iPhone, to be developed and published by Gameloft. http://media.wireless.ign.com/media/143/14354970/vids_1.html On the page it says its for cellphones, but on IGN's actual news page the heading was "Sonic Unleashed Trailer for iPhone". Doesn't look like its for the iPhone, probably one for other cells and iPhone later.. but I know its coming and I can't wait.
I just threw-up a little in my mouth. This looks awful. The physics are what made the original fun, this looks so bland. The animation so pathetic.
Yes, but they always adapt mobile versions to iPhone versions very well, and usually with major changes, so hopefully at least some of your concerns are answered. Here's to hoping...
It isn't for mobile phones, that is the iPhone trailer. I know it doesn't say so on that page, but the headings for both the Spiderman and Sonic Unleashed trailers specifically called them iPhone games.
