I've been so busy this year and couldn't play as much as I have preevious years, but I've managed to play the ones that really caught my attention and looked like GOTY material. So far, the ones that have secured a spot on my list are: Year Walk Little Inferno LEGO Batman & DC Superheroes Ridiculous Fishing
As usual a tough decision here... its almost time so I better start thinking about it... some early candidates: Badland Limbo Boson X Dead Ahead Worm Run? Quadropus Rampage? Ridiculous Fishing? Orborun? Rayman Fiesta Run? Tilt to Live 2: Redonkulous? Oceanhorn?
I really need to go back and look over the whole year, but here's a few: Sine Mora (I know there were people that hated this but I love it and it may indeed be at the top of my list) Asphalt 8 (yeah, it's Gameloft and a racer, but I think I probably play it daily more than any other game) Badland Boson X (even though I suck at it) Orborun Warhammer Quest Other possibilities: Type:Rider Night Sky Pivvot Deus Ex Temple Run: Oz (actually liked this more than TR2). Hero of Many Unmechanical Geometry Dash Duet Penumbear And I know I'm forgetting a lot...
It isn't even fair to compare Foursaken games to anything else. I mean, how can a person even decide whether H&C or BF is the better game? *head asplodes* There have been some killer games this year. Too hard to pick one as 'the best', and if you start putting everything into categories it ends in madness. Some games that really stand out: Scurvy Scallywags Momonga Spiral: Episode One Catch the Ark (sorry) The Room Hill Climb Racing (more addictive than crystal meth) Hundreds (I hate it so much) Knightmare Tower Ridiculous Fishing Nimble Quest (damn it they abandoned the game) Bosun X (for the weirdos who like that)
Add Indigo Lake to my list. No iOS game has reached that much level of intensity due to the game's atmosphere.
Hmm tough one. I guess it would be between:- Junk Jack X Transport Tycoon 9th Dawn (that was this year wasn't it?)
