Hi there This is my new upcoming game. It is a retro dungeon crawler with procedural levels. Lot's of useual rpg elements: several character classes to choose from, experience levels, magical items, weapon/armour upgrades, lots of enemy types ranging from a rat to Cthulhu, etc. Anyway, it's about halfway done and I'm really enjoying it so I thought I'd post a screeny. Cheers
Kicking it oldschool eh? Are you doing beta testing? I wouldnt mind going on TestFlight and downloading this sucker. Anyways, I get the feeling you are big into oceans and greek mythology with your username and company name.
Hi there Yeah, greek myths were pretty imaginitive and quite twisted. hehe I might be doing testing in the next few days. I'll let you know. Cheers
Looks very interesting. I like retro-styled games and RPG. Please let me know when beta-test will start
That's the feeling I got from this. My old Big 'n Grey Gameboy. I loved that thing. It was pretty durable too. I had Kirby's Dreamland and Super Mario Land 2. And Pokemon Yellow. Great games, great games. And with that feeling of nostalgia, I'm excited to try this out as soon as possible. I hope it has 4/8 bit chiptunes too.
Hi guys, Thanks for the interest. I'll let you know about testing. And yeah, I got some pretty sweet chiptunes for it
Looking forward t playing this. Looks and feels awesome. The soundtrack aint bad either as it just oozes with retro goodness.
Add me to the list of people interested in beta testing, it looks great! I use an iPhone4 and soon an iPad3 (aka new ipad).
Hi guys Again, thanks for your interest. I posted a short gameplay video. Still a lot to do, but it's getting there.
Hi guys Sorry for the hiatus, I have been working on many projects, both freelance and personal, so this game fell back a bit. But I'm making progress, sure and steady. Will show more media soonish. One question, do you think portrait mode is good for this game?
Lovin' the look on this one almost as much as your platform game. I think the portrait mode is fine. So apparently you were a big fan of Gameboy, huh? I remember spending hours playing Tetris, to the point where I'd run movements in my head even when I wasn't playing.
