A lot of customers believe that they know much more then developers.
If the customer make changes, or like some graphics - the developer has to follow it even if he disagree with the customer.

    Thanks

Any way you cut it, plagiarism is still unlawful. I have had a few instances where customers wanted something that was entirely too close to an existing concept. In those instances I try to suggest an alternate approach, and explain that I am legally obligated to turn down the work if it can be considered plagiarism.

thats the right answere here.. if you run a biz you should try to protect yourself and your customer.. not follow them blindly ignoring every risk.

i know in ukraine a completly different game is played.. and the general concept of this if often not understand.. copying and plagarism is often found.

again i think even a contractor should keep higher standards than his customer. like you say most of them don't know what they want and don't know whats best so you need to do this for them.. thats part of the job.

pointing to the cutsomer and saying he wanted an rippoff is well , more than odd.

good luck with your biz, anyway.
