reviewed as billyjon on US appstore for ab workouts and exercises: Every man will wish for a nice ab to show off. This app is packed with simple and instructional videos that will teach you how to do your basic exercises. If you are not sure what exercises to start with, there is exercise base with the usual abs exercises you can pick up to do your training. If you are adventurous, you can mix and match some abs exercises and select a music track from your favorite playlist and start your exercises. If you want more exercises, buy the full version. This free version is good for trying out some of the exercises that is good for your abs but the videos tend to be short. I will think if there is a voice narration AI that cheers you on when you completed most of the training, it will be a good boost to your morale as well. Currently, there is only facebook sharing with friends about your progress. More can be done in this app to encourage the user to pick up more exercises.
