Meh. They're probably never going to actually do anything with it, so why would I care? You know what I want? I want Gameloft to port Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. It was a PS2 game so hardware isn't an issue, it's an Ubisoft game so there's the licensing taken care of, and the controls are pretty simple too. There's nothing interesting here IMO. Pretty visuals? The visual standard on iOS is already good enough for me; Unity does a great job balancing stability and eye candy. There's also only so high mobile can go before heating and battery issues become serious concerns, regardless of the hypothetical models and benchmarks. Besides, something tells me that if EA releases a game made with this in a year or so, it'll be a bunch of F2P nonsense. Interesting trivia fact, though.
It's the same. That means they took some time to develop a mobile version of Frostbite, but they didn't take some other time to downscale a bit Frostbite for Wii U. It's like no one likes Wii U, not even devs.
Really? I find that a little hard to swallow. iOS isn't specifically mentioned, is it? Might just be for the Vita (though in terms of hardware iOS does surpass it).
I'm sure it will be available for iOS and Android too, otherwise saying mobile support just for Vita seems a bit stupid.
I was kidding guys but thanks Seriously though, I have a lot of gamer friends and only know one person who has one. I think Nintendo will be forced to go the way of Sega before long.
