I wouldn't be surprised if we saw a sale on other Square Enix games later.
Square Enix actually has two business profiles on the app store, with this one listed as SQUARE ENIX Ltd and only having these two games.
Chaos Rings and all of the other games are under the profile: SQUARE ENIX Co., LTD.

I hate to seem entitled but I hope there are additional sales. I respect companies like Topcat or Fighting Fantasy that NEVER have sales because these teaser promotions seem silly. Lara Croft is a top notch game but not anything that examplifies the Square Enix catalog; games which are surely worth full price (if not for shoddy porting). Fingers crossed.

I was not aware Square published it's old games for the iPhone. And I'm more pleased to see Chrono Trigger is among them.

The pricing is a pretty high though for an iPhone game and one that isn't entirely new. I can relate to salty's comment there about the price drop.

Well, last year Chaos Rings went on sale around these days, so I hope to see the same treatment for Chaos Rings Omega since, storywise, the first was one of the better JRPG I've played this generation... fingers crossed! :)

FFT's "high price" funded its just-released retina update; don't complain. ;)

Id like to get war of the lions but hell, 16 is steep. 8 is regular price for a game so old. Im hoping for a 75% off. 4 bucks is a sale to me. I really want a quality title.

Waiting for a sale on FFIII still, lol. Only iOS SE game I don't have. It's strange they never did a sale when they released FFT and CT. Guess they don't do those "celebration" sales anymore.

The FFT retina update looks GOOD. It's like a delightfully unexpected Christmas treat.

Should I get Final Fantasy III or Final Fantasy Tactics? Want both but low funds, hoping to get more credit on Xmas provided the sale lasts that long.
