I'm waiting for this game since Nov. 11th and now i know that comes out in 17th. I just hope comes out midnight what do you think

From what I've heard it is suppose to release same day as the console version which means it should be released in USA on Nov 17. They said Nov. 17th at the iPod event last September, but that was a few months ago. Also, big companies don't usually announce when they submit a game.
they probably submitted it a month ago to make sure it would be approved before november 17 but im not sure if it will come out at midnight...

I've been waiting for this game ever since I saw the demo in June. I've left enough credit so that once it comes out I can buy and play it straight away
I think it will, because Ubisoft said it will. (I know that's not often how it works, but Ubisoft probably had it approved a week or 2 ago, to ensure that they would be able to release it along with the other consoles) I'll be buying this, even if it does suck, just to get into the mood before I buy AC2

No, you're right. Apple usually lets big developers cut in the front of the line. Ubisoft probably has near-instant review times for their games.
