EDIT: Relase date: 18th August! (yeah!) Hey guys, This is my first post, so please bear with me. I'm Krzysiek and I'm a part of a small indie studio called Woodland Games. We just finished work on our first project - I Wanna Fly, so I wanted to share some info. Since this is our first game, we took our sweet time with it to make it as polished and good-looking as possible (there were also some unexpected delays along the way ). Let's start off with the trailer: Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel The game, as you can probably already tell, is an endless runner. We wanted to give it a unique twist to make it stand out a bit, so instead of of running or jumping as far as possible, we made the characters fall. The vertical orientation allows for more of the screen space to be used efectively and creates an interesting dynamic. The goal is simple - keep falling for as long as possible while avoiding the obstacles. As you're falling, the scenery transitions from one to another, making the game a seamless experience. There's going to be a high-score system in place to let you put your scores against other players. Also, as you're falling, you're collecting coins and 'accumulating' the distance you travelled - both are used as means to unlock new playable characters. We're really excited (and nervous) as this is a first time experience for us. The game's already out of beta tests and is going to release by the end of August, so If you guys like how it looks, let me know so I can hook you up with some pre-release App Store codes. looks like a copy this game looks just like splish splash pong except with pixel graphics. I will try it out though.
