What aspects of these games appeals to you? I didn't really get into Finding Teddy, but for S&S, is it the pixel art, focus on music, point and click gameplay, or overall spooky/unique atmosphere/experience?
Something that's shocking or makes you think like year walk finding teddy was pretty good in my opinion but Sword was the best
Both were excellent and of course, Year Walk as well. I would also include Little Inferno in this group.
There are a wide variety of adventure games; although not all as eccentric/cartoonish/musical as Finding Teddy or Sword and Sorcery. Consider Point of Light's iOS Adventure list here: http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=93302 Secret of Chateau De Moreau is a fun adventure game with multiple endings and a mysterious plot. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/secret-chateau-moreau/id456142869?mt=8
In that case, definitely Nihilumbra if you haven't checked that out yet. Unfortunately no widescreen support yet, but still fantastic
I'd hesitate to compare it to Finding Teddy or S&S but given a shortage of similar games; Fall of Angels is a iOS exclusive JRPG with adventure game style puzzle elements and compelling plot. I consider Fall of Angels an essential download for iOS gamers. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/fall-of-angels/id466459403?mt=8.
Why is there no thread for this game on TA? Or AppShoper? Looks really good. I've never heard of it...
People should learn how to use the search function... http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=116364&highlight=Fall+angels
Here's a direct link to the Fall of Angels Touch Arcade thread; I also bumped it with some development news. http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=116364
Yeah, thanks for the advice. This is what the search function yields...I scrolled through the whole thing.
