"Windows service pack 2 or higher is required" is what came up when a friend of mine tried to download iTunes. Is there a way to solve this problem. Can I download it onto a USB and send it over to my friends computer?
Use the built in Windows updater to upgrade to latest version of windows. Its gona take forever so I'd honestly let it download and install and just leave, your looking at a least a few hours for it to finish.
