I think you missed out on GodofMars who has a level of 15,000,911. Yes, that's 15 million 9 hundred and 11.
Hi all, I am a new player, now at Level 9. Would someone please give me some advices if I should: 1. Built new airport at Dallas 2. Save money and built new airport at New York. I have now Chicago, Washington, Boston, Detroit and Atlanta. Thanks!

Anyone successfully completed a local event? I have 67/1000 for the previous Chef Competition and 122/1000 for the current Chick-Con. It's pretty hard to get to 1000.
Someone in this thread completed one, he received nothing though. My guess: you'll receive a Starship for completing all 45 local events!
Took this concept and did a spreadsheet in Excel with distances between all cities - https://dl.dropbox.com/u/37476053/Pocket%20Planes%20distances.xlsx - sorted by region (with Oceana first cos that's where I started), then by city name within region. Bit quick and dirty and I (obviously) haven't checked all the figures, but the diagonals are zero as expected and I have spot-checked a few others and they seem to be right.
If I was to buy one red dot in South America, would you buy Lima or Rio? I'm expanding from N America, and already have Caracas. TY.
Cm01/02... God I lost about 8 months of my life to that Work women hygiene. Everything went out the window lol
IMHO It would depend on what your current fleet has in terms of range and running costs. The spreadsheet sdo62 made (off data from Vexorg) will give you the distances between each city as well as the population of the cities. http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=139069&page=260 So what I would do would calculate which city is closest , then look at how many of my current planes can actually get there. I'm at work right now so can't really plot everything out for you. Also I do believe higher population cities do give you more jobs. Dallas has 6.4 M while New York has 10M. So if you can take New York but only if you have a good % of planes that have the range to service it.
I've found it's best to first create a route, or at least think of one. The way you're going, works, as all methods do, but it takes a lot of managing for all the different route possibilities, and then you're in danger of wasting airports because you always end up filling the highest paying jobs. If you're happy going down the managing route, then i'd suggest saving for New York. They give a crazy amount of jobs in comparison, and work really well as final destinations for routes you might plan.
