Hello TouchArcaders.. (That name sounds wrong.) What we have decided to do was hold a poll to allow users to vote on which name they like best for our upcoming game. The upcoming game is an action-arcade style video game that has to do with Spartans. That is all the information I am going to release until next week. Can I vote for ZenSparta? EDIT: Have you ever read a word over and over again in a short period of time until it doesn't sound like a word anymore? That is how I feel about Sparta (is that really a word) right now. EDIT: Seriously though, they are all okay. Just make sure it doesn't appear as 'Lege...Sparta.' I can think of another game like that (Gameloft, I'm looking in your direction.)
So far "Sparta: Lords of War" is winning! Sad for me. My vote was for either "The Spartan" or "Legend of Sparta."
There is a character limit on the iPhone, so 'Hero of Sparta' is displayed as 'Hero...Sparta' because it is too long.
Yeah it does. Thats what I was thinking when I saw the poll. I picked Sparta: Lords of War because that one just sounds the best out of all of them (not that all of them are good or anything) but yeah. Create a cool icon and I'm sure people will check it out via appshopper or AppSniper.
I seriously think Pocket Spartan is the best, but, seeming as you seem so opposed to it... Of your ideas, I think 'The Spartan' is the most usable. It's simple, understated, timeless, classic. I can't speak for everyone, of course, but I think Europeans (like me) tend to prefer these qualities to 'Ultimate Spartan: Winner of ALL TIME' etc...
