Hey, I was just wondering, if you had to choose, which genre would you go for? A bowling based game or a pinball based game? And what would you like to see in the game? Sam
Check out Alien/Devil's Crush for the Turbografx. My favorite pinball games (besides Epic Pinball), as there was a lot more "video game" aspects to it than from a normal pinball game you play in real life. Rolling over electronic enemies, ridiculous side-bonus ministages, and bonuses that would tweak physics and your pinball. I'd love to see an iPad version that does these things. I'm not so much for the genuine, nostalgic pinball experience, I want to play a video game.
I'd love to see a Pinball game (old style) you don't see very many Pinball games on the iPhone/iPad platform that are based off 70's style pinball games....done right I believe it would be a huge seller. I was thinking Card Game or Pool would make a good theme for one. There was a old game for the PC called 8 Ball Deluxe that's what I am talking about !
I'd like to see a multi-tiered pinball game with bosses ala Kirby's Pinball Land! I haven't bothered with any other bowling games on my iPhone since I got 10-Pin Shuffle, it's just that good.
So far pinball games seem to be preferred over bowling. Fair enough. Maybe we will do both...who knows. I really liked the Kirby's Pinball game. Boss fights in a pinball game, awesome. Ah, memories. Bowling games wise, I remember the bowling mini game they had in Super Monkey Ball. I know it was dead simple but I remember spending a few nights with friends and a few drinks playing it. Any others out there have anything they would like to see added to a great, new pinball game or bowling game? We are always interested in hearing what people want in their games and if it's reasonable/possible we shall look into incorporating them into future releases.
