    Hi there!

We've been working on our next game for a while now, and have finally decided to share the results. :) "Project Phoenix" is still in development (we're cleaning up, optimizing, weighing the game, and generally obsession over every tiny detail), but we thought we could show it to you a bit early to see if perhaps there are any comments we could take into account that could improve the game even more before it comes out. Or perhaps there are too few explosions, and more need to be added. :)

In either case, your comments and criticism are very welcome. Quick summary of features:

    - Extremely high-intensity gameplay, with record numbers of objects on screen at the same time.
    - Large levels, each with a different mission.
    - Very high environment detail.
    - Several different powerups such as an ability to call in air support and to hire teammates (with formations!)
    - Upgradable and customizable weapon system, with various beam, projectile and defensive weapon types.
    - There's much more, but we don't want to go into all the gory detail here. :)

We're planning to release the game at the end of November.

Looks great -- that's an amazing number of sprites on screen. Looking forward to it.

@squarezero: Thank you. We're still optimizing to make sure the framerate is as high as is humanly possible. :)

@drelbs: Thank you for the embedded video. How did you do that?
