Do you play games like DinoSmash, NanoMechs, and Wifi Warfare? What do you enjoy about these games, if you don't like this genre, why do you not enjoy these games. Those are platformers, also called side-scrollers (which isn't really a genre, just a nickname that caught on). Shooters are spaceship games (no, FPS aren't shooters).
NanoMechs certainly looks the best (no I have not played the game) because the colours are smooth and it adopts a theme, without contrasting colours (such as dinosmash) and Wifi Ware looks too cartoony and unrealistic. I personally am not a fan of side-scrollers (especially not Zombieville USA *shudder*).
Yeah none of these games are like Zombieville, they are more like FPS in 2D, I highly encourage you check NanoMechs out, it's actually a great game.
Not much into platformers but the NanoMechs game looks kind of interesting. Going to check it out. uh....thanks for the heads up!
Yeah it's not really a platformer, I mean it is a platformer, but it plays like an FPS in a way, I actually hate platformers, but I've gotten into NanoMechs, it's really high paced action and fun, let me know what you think.
NanoMechs by far looks better than the rest of the these, in addition the developer is still completely active and developing many new feature, they were talking about them over on nanomechs.theorian.com anyways I vote NanoMechs
