I am interested in trying to develop apps for the iPhone and was wondering if it was possible to do this on windows. I know that Xcode is for Macs but does anyone know of a program like this that will work on windows? I just wanted to mess around with a program like this to get an good idea of how to make an app and eventually try it.
    Thanks

please search the threads; hint: titles only - "developing windows"

this has been covered a hundred times on the forums; even with the same title that you proposed. the short answer is NO, you need a mac. in fact, you need 10.5.5 or later - as this contains the codesign utility that is needed to digitally sign your application for submission. you could install macosx as in "hackintosh" - google for it on your PC, but you really should consider buying a mac.
